"We are just retired, and one of our Trucks we bought was now going to be mainly for pulling our camper. We reached out to State Farm and spoke to Dylan who asked us to send in a picture of our registration, inspection stickers and a picture of the odometer reading. We did, and then 6 months later we did the same and it showed very little mileage used. Dylan turned the matter over to Cassie in our local office and she emailed us promptly with a response saying she sent in the info. The next day Cassie called us and informed us that SF had accepted our information and was sending out a check/refund for our insurance premium that was now considerably smaller than originally paid. "I would not even give 1 star as this company for years, everytime I switch my vehicles they screw up information whether it is going to the DMV with wrong spellings on insurance cards that they fax in or give me, where I have to go back, to different coverage than I said. They screw up full coverage verses comp on different vehicles. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. I will be looking for a different location or insurance!."
